Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your email boxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your email mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply specify the e-mailbox you want to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
